• LipMatic products are sold exclusively through maticcosmetics.com

When can I expect my order to arrive?

• Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process the order. Once the order is shipped, it will take 3 to 5 days for Domestic US Destinations, and 10 to 15 days for International Orders.

What are my shipping options?

• Matic Cosmetics ships through USPS.

Does Matic Cosmetics accept returns?

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However we will provide a replacement if the product arrives damaged or not as described within 14 days receiving the package.

Can I change my order after placing it?

• Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the order cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

• An order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. Orders typically ship between 1 to 3 days after purchase.
